It’s so great to be back in my beloved Colorado! I originally moved here to go to get my Degree in Business at
Colorado State University in Fort Collins and Colorado has been home for my heart and soul since.
From 1998 to 2006, I was doing residential and commercial inspections in the San Diego, California area. That is 8
years of experience with many single family homes, mobile homes, multi-unit residential apartment complexes and
light commercial office buildings. It ranged from fixer-uppers to an impressive $12 million historical home right on
San Diego Bay across from the Yacht Club and everything in-between.
San Diego was a wonderful place. It was tough to leave many good friends and business associates. But the truth
is --I really love Colorado. This is where I belong. I feel like a plant that has been re-planted back in my native soil.
And I’m thriving on it all.
I have a great deal of actual training and education and experience to qualify me to do a masterful inspection of your
home or investment property. I have a nature attention to detail and a tremendous accumulation of background that

But can he inspect COLORADO vs. California homes and buildings? Yes. --More background: I grew up in North
Dakota and Wisconsin plus lived in Colorado for a combined 10 years before recently returning. That is a lot of time
